Welcome to Hub

Welcome to Hub, the only research tool you will ever need.

Hub is an online library of inspiration for students and bloggers Worldwide with an initial concentration on the UK. As a sister website for WGSN it will offer a wide variety of trend led information available for free to a younger and less established demographic as WGSN. It will also feature emerging creatives alongside established creatives, ranging from University students to fashion houses, creating a broad selection of inspiration that would not be easily accessible anywhere else.

Create your work, share it with others and inspire.

IOU

'If I were to sum up the IOU Project i would say that it has been a study in the creation of a Prosperity chain; an experiment to rethink how goods are produced and sold in a way that benefits everyone.' - Kavita Parmar, Creative Director of The IOU Project.

Gisele Ganne

I love jewellery but barely ever wear it, because as soon as I put it on I feel like I'm dressing up and I don't look right so it's immediately cast aside. However, I often lust over pieces online thinking 'If only I had that, I'd wear it every day...', even though I know  wouldn't...

These pieces are by Gisele Ganne and fall directly into the lustworthy category. I love the connected rings and delicate chains against the furry bits and juxtaposed with the florals.

Each collection has a morbid yet beautiful feel to it, ranging from mourning jewellery to divorce jewellery.

For more info and images, visit her website.

p.s. If any designers are reading this, I'm looking for pieces for a shoot in April so if you want to be featured, drop me an email to iliketweet@gmail.com

Sophie Hulme lusting

I've spent a large portion of today lusting over the accessories in Sophie Hulme's A/W 11 collection, I'm a massive fan of simplicity and satchel-esque bags and these fit the bill rather perfectly.

I love the bright red number and can just imagine filling it with all my silly little unnecessary things and pretending it's full of terribly important things. Which is your favourite?

For more info and images, visit her website.

p.s. Currently excitingly waiting for the Latitude Festival to be announced, who else is coming? I'm WELL excited.
